What Mendo is
Mendo is a set of eligibility and calculation tools for foreigners navigating Georgian tax, residency, and banking questions. The free tools are educational — they tell you which rules are likely to apply to your situation based on what you enter. They are not personal tax, legal, or financial advice, and using them doesn't create any advisory relationship. For anything with real money or immigration status riding on it, verify with a qualified Georgian professional before acting.
Accounts
Signing in is optional and free — it lets your profile follow you across visits instead of living only in your browser. We use a passwordless emailed link, so there's no password to manage or leak. Pro and Investor are currently waitlists, not billed plans — joining one doesn't charge you or grant access to anything yet.
Using the tools
Use them for your own situation, in good faith. Don't scrape the site at volume, try to break or abuse the tools, or use them for anything unlawful.
No warranty
The tools reflect our best understanding of current Georgian rules, and we try to keep them accurate as those rules change — but we can't guarantee they're complete, current, or correct for your exact circumstances. Everything is provided "as is," with no warranty of any kind.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Mendo isn't liable for decisions made or losses incurred based on what a tool told you. If you're relying on a result for something consequential, confirm it independently first.
Changes
The product and these terms will change as Mendo develops. We'll update the date at the top of this page when they do.
